Independently Intellectual
Janelia Farm Fellows are early career stage scientists with little or no prior postdoctoral work. They can also be experienced researchers who want to change research direction or accomplished scientists, who after an accomplished career in academia or industry, want to return to an environment highly focused on the conduct of research rather than administrative duties.
In every instance the fellows represent what is most basic at Janelia Farm: scientific interaction and collaboration.
